  You're here!! This means that you're ready to take the last step to start your child's  journey to being a champion!  Next there are 3 forms that must be filled out:

1) The Legal Pain Registration Form 

2) The Legal Pain Wrestling Waiver 

3) The US Wrestling Medical Insurance And Waiver Form.

Fill the forms below and let's get your child LOCKED IN!

Membership Pricing And Payments 

  $150 a month.
  $200.00 a month. (includes 1 private a month and current singlet
1 day $25 drop in fee.
10% off for  parents that in active duty and veterans with proof.
$225.00 punch cards fo 15 practices.
$50 an hour for private sessions. 
All payments must made in person.
